Patent portfolio.

2Brains operates under a continuation-in-part application filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, with additional provisional applications pending. The portfolio protects the verification architecture, the syntax-only training methodology, and the output classification system that together make the platform architecturally incapable of fabricating facts within a verified corpus.

U.S. Patent Application No. 19/439,161

Faithfulness verification, three-lane epistemic model, privacy-preserving renderer, and deterministic task planner. Twenty-four claims covering the core verification architecture and the methods by which syntactic generation, deterministic retrieval, and structural planning are reconciled into a single classified output.

Provisional applications pending
In preparation

Additional inventions in the extended architecture, including subject matter not covered by the CIP, are being prepared for separate provisional filing. Details available under NDA.

Figure 8

Three-lane epistemic model.

From U.S. Patent Application No. 19/439,161. The figure depicts the parallel evaluation of a query along three epistemically distinct lanes — syntactic, factual, and structural — and their convergence at a verification stage that classifies the output and signs it into an audit record.

FIG 8 — Three-lane epistemic model Patent figure showing input query splitting into three parallel evaluation lanes, converging at a verification stage that emits a classified output and an audit record. Subject matter protected
Faithfulness verification

Reconciliation of generated text against a verified corpus, with cryptographic provenance.

Three-lane epistemic model

Parallel evaluation along syntactic, factual, and structural lanes prior to verification.

Privacy-preserving renderer

Output composition that does not retain identifying content from the source corpus.

Deterministic task planner

Structural decomposition of queries into reproducible execution plans without sampling.
